Improved Document Import Algorithm from Sellasist!

For W2S and S2S programs in the May version, we have introduced significant improvements to the algorithm for downloading invoices and receipts from Sellasist.

Since Sellasist does not provide API methods supporting fast import, we have implemented our own solutions in our programs that fully eliminate these limitations.

The result? Document downloading now works faster and more reliably.

We strongly recommend Sellasist users to update their programs to the latest version!

BSW - What You Need to Know


Installation and Configuration Steps:

  1. Entering the license:
    Before installation, run S2S as administrator, then go to:
    S2S → About → Modules and enter the BSW module license.

  2. Service setup:
    After installation, the BSW service will be activated within up to 30 minutes on our servers.

  3. Database connection note:
    During license download, a configuration file is created.
    Do not check the Trusted Connection option – use SQL login (username + password) instead.

  4. Automatic order updates:
    BSW can update orders, but this option must be enabled in the configuration.

  5. Configuration changes:
    If you need to change parameters:

    • Change parameters in the application

    • Re-download the license (S2S/W2S as administrator)

    • Restart the BSW service in Windows

    (must exist, otherwise installation will fail)

New Product Reservation Options


🆕 New in this version!

We have added:

  • 📦 the ability to choose product reservation method in Subiekt from a dropdown list, depending on the order status in the shop.

ℹ️ If do not want to set the reservation method manually for each status, set the value to „Get from settings” in the column Reservation method.

Then the system will get the value from:

🛒 Shop → Settings → to Subiekt → Zamówienia → Product reservation type

How the In Shop Tag Works


How Does the “In Shop” Tag Work?

The “in shop” tag indicates whether the program knows that a product is in the shop. If the tag is not checked, it means the program has no information about this product – it does not mean the product is not there.

What Happens When Sending a Product?

Fast method:

  • If the product is in the shop – the tag will be checked after refresh.
  • If it is not in the shop – an error message will appear in S2S → Subiekt → Errors, and the product will not be added.

Exact method:

  • If the product exists – it will be overwritten with data from Subiekt.
  • If it does not exist – it will be added as new with full data.
Warning: overwriting may cause loss of description, photos, change of manufacturer, category, or name!

Incremental method:

Works automatically based on the tag:

  • Tag checked → fast method
  • Tag not checked → exact method

Why Start with the Fast Method?

Sending products first with the fast method allows you to check which ones are already in the shop. This way:

  • You won't overwrite data unnecessarily,
  • You'll save server resources,
  • You'll preserve photos, descriptions, and other data in the shop.

Additional Program Options

  • Adding only new products
  • Syncing Subiekt data based on the shop – works as a backup
  • Updating only selected fields – e.g. name, description, photos, EAN

Error 400 on Shoper Platform


We would like to inform you that some shops based on the Shoper platform may currently experience connection issues with our programs: s2s, w2s, A2C. This situation is not caused by our application and results from factors on the Shoper platform side.

If you have encountered connection errors (e.g. error code 400), we suggest a temporary workaround by entering the technical shop address instead of the main address during license activation. The technical address is a special, internal shop address assigned to every Shoper account.

Thank you for your understanding – the Shoper technical team is working on resolving the issue.
